Laser therapy is another way to remove cellulite, but again, it is a surgical procedure and thus not something you’re going to want to jump on right away. Experts in this field say that this can get rid of a lot of your existing cellulite, in fact up to 83% of it, however it’s not all that simple.

You see, the one drawback to this is that it takes 10-15 treatments for you to see some results and the grand total for everything is likely to be around $1,500. If that weren’t enough, the results won’t be permanent, so you will only see an improvement for a while, once the body starts storing fat in the same places again, the dimpling effect will be back and you’ll have to repeat the same process over again.

3. Exercise

Of course there is the traditional way to remove cellulite from your body and that is through exercise. Now one exercise which can really work to firm up your thighs and buttocks is the squat. Be warned though, this is a tough exercise and will leave you hurting once you leave the gym!

Find a squat rack and place the bar behind your neck and have it lay on your traps. Then keeping your back straight, bend down as if to sit on a chair while looking straight ahead, and right as you reach parallel, push back up with your heels. This will build up a lot of muscle in your legs which will hopefully push the fatty deposits out of your system.
