3. Ear Plugs

If you happen to be a light sleeper, ear plugs may be just the insomnia solution you are searching for. Now I’ve had experience using ear plugs before and I can tell you by shutting out the outside noise you can much more readily enter states of total relaxation.

A suggestion however, don’t buy the wax ear plugs as they are uncomfortable and don’t allow air to easily escape from inside your ear, get a foam earplug. If you lie down on your side, it can feel like you are creating pressure in your ear passageway with wax, this doesn’t happen with foam earplugs though.
