Complex carbs = whole wheat bread, whole wheat rice, yams, oatmeal, veggies, whole wheat pasta

Healthy fats = almonds, peanuts, walnuts, peacans, cashews and all other nuts

Proteins = chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef, skim milk, low fat cottage cheese, soy

Now if you can make sure that your diet contains mostly foods mentioned above, and you eat in moderation, you’ll be well on your way to reducing the appearance of cellulite.

1.        Do Cardio

Another way how to get rid of cellulite involves a trip to the gym, or at least a treadmill at home.  What you want to do is about 45 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week, preferably 5.  By doing this, you will be able to breakdown fatty deposits in your body and thus help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Cardio on it’s own is not going to help, but if you combine it with a proper diet, you can see some drastic changes in as little as 1 months time.

2.        Lift Weights

Another great way how to get rid of cellulite involves building up some muscle tissue.  When you build muscle, your muscle pushes out against the skin, pushing out the trapped cellulite and allowing it to be flushed out of the system. 

Make sure you lift heavy weights otherwise this won’t work, light weights are not going to build up any muscle on you.  But don’t worry, as long as you’re not eating massive amounts of protein and food, you’re not going to wind up looking like a she-hulk.  Try doing this in combination with all of the other tips mentioned here and in 1 month your results will be stellar!
