When you’re out looking for a treadmill, one of the most important considerations you need to make is which brand of treadmill you should be going with. There are many different brands and some brands have a better track record than others. -A 7” flat screen TV. The fact that you get a TV is a huge deal here. One of the things that makes running on a treadmill dreadfully boring is not being able to do anything but listen to music. With this TV screen though, you can watch some of your favorite TV shows while you work out, nice.

-A 3 horse power motor. This is strong enough that it should be able to handle incline workouts without much difficulty.

-20”x60” treadbelt. This is an extra long belt which will be useful for those who are a bit taller, it will accommodate a longer gait.

-2.5” rollers. If you don’t know what rollers are, they basically increase the life of the treadmill as well as reduce friction and noise. You want these to be as big as possible and 2.5” is a pretty decent size for the price.

This whole system here is something that would normally go for $1,800, but the fact that you can find it online at only $1,300 or so makes this one of the better deals amongst Epic Treadmills.

Now there are many other Epic treadmills to choose from, however that is the best value for the price I’ve found. Before you go and get your treadmill though here are 2 tips which I want to make sure you keep in mind:

1. Get A Treadmill Mat

Many people fail to do this and because of it they reduce the life of their treadmill or even end up destroying their floor. A treadmill mat when placed under your treadmill will protect carpet fibers from entering into your treadmill or prevent your treadmill from damaging a hard wood floor.

2. Workout Consistently

If you want to see some good results from your treadmill, make sure you use it 3-5 times a week, more if you desire. You’re not going to develop a fit body if you only use it once a week or every other week.
