You can do this by purchasing a set of ear plugs as well as a sleeping mask. Be careful when applying the earplugs though as if you put them in improperly, it is possible to cause damage to your hearing. I would not recommend you get the wax ones, when I’ve tried that I have felt an uncomfortable pressure in my ear, get the foam ones.

Just squeeze them and insert them directly into your ear canal and hold them there until they expand and fill it. Once you’ve done that, put on your sleeping mask and you’ll be ready for an undisturbed night of rest.

3. Drink Herbal Tea

One of the last cures for insomnia you might want to try in combination with the above tips is to drink some warm herbal tea right before bed. You may even want to sip it while you’re in your warm bath. This will further help to soothe your senses and ease you into the right mindset to drift away to slumber land.
