Looking into some cellulite lotions to get rid of those unsightly dimples? A lot of women starting from their 30’s tend to get cellulite accumulating on their thighs, buttocks and even tummies, however it can also affect you if you’re in your 20’s or teens as well.

Some of the ingredients you’ll find in these creams are caffeine, Horse Chestnut, St. John’s Wort, Burdock, Ivy, Yarrow, Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex, Hawthorn among various others. The important thing to note when using these creams is to apply them on a regular basis without missing a day and to keep it up for a long enough time to see results.

Sometimes people try a cellulite lotion for maybe 1 week and then give up due to not seeing any visible results. This however is a mistake as often times it takes upwards of a month or even more to see any drastic change in your skins appearance. If you’re going to be using these lotions or creams to improve your skins condition, you need to have the patience and diligence to see it through.

If however these cellulite lotions don’t quite work out for you, don’t fret, there are many other things you can try to get rid of cellulite:

1. Algae Cellulite Massage

This is one treatment you may also want to try in which red algae and clay are kneaded into your skin on the affected area to help get rid of the skin dimpling effect. This concoction will work to increase blood circulation and the massaging will help to disperse the cellulite.

2. Exercise

If all else fails, you still have good old fashioned exercise. Often times your cellulite is made to look worse if you are slightly overweight. If you work to take off some extra pounds, you may be able to improve the appearance of your cellulite.
