If you just exercise a lot but eat fast food or starchy and sugary meals, you’re not going to see any results. You’ve got to really clean up your diet if you don’t want to be wasting your time in the gym.

Shift from eating white breads to whole grain breads, switch from eating pasta to whole wheat pasta, switch from eating breakfast cereals to oatmeal. It’s small changes such as this which will make a big difference for you in the long run.
